SAG - project 3

Het laatste project van vorige week.

Onvoorstelbaar dat ik binnen een week alles afgemaakt heb.

Eindelijk eens geen UFOs erbij na een dag workshoppen!

We hebben gewerkt met gekleurd folie wat door een speciale lijm blijft plakken op papier en chipboard.

Helaas zie je dat op de scan niet echt goed.

Ik heb dit jaar al 83 pagina's gemaakt.

Onvoorstelbaar!

* The last project from last week.

Amazing that I finished everything within a week.

Finally no UFOs after a day of workshops!

We worked with colored foil that gets attatched to paper and chipboard by a special glue.
Unfortunatly you can't really see it on the scan.

I have made 83 pages already this year.
Amazing!

SAG - project 2

De 3e workshop die we zaterdag gevolgd hebben, was van Making Memories.

Op zich een grappig boekje gemaakt, maar helaas geen bijzondere, nieuwe techniek of zo.

* The 3th workshop we went to saturday was from MakingMemories.

In itself a funny little book, but no amazing, new techniques.

Architecture - Karen Burniston

Zoals beloofd de foto's van de binnenkant van de rechterpagina van deze LO.

Ziet er tof uit, he?

De foto van gisteren is niet te vergroten, maar hier kun je 'm wel groter zien.

Uniek / Unique

Ik geloof niet dat ik al eerder zo snel na een workshop het project heb afgemaakt.

Maar deze is dan ook wel heel bijzonder.

Dit is de LO van de workshop Architecture van Karen Burniston.

De binnenkant van de rechterpagina bevat het interactieve deel. Ik zal dat morgen op de foto zetten, want nu lukt dat niet meer.

Op de LO zitten foto's van Charleston. Mijn oom nam Zus en mij een dagje mee daar naartoe in 2000.

Die huizen daar zijn zo geweldig!

Ik zag me al helemaal zitten op zo'n porch.

Ik heb me trouwens uitgeleefd met de foam-blokjes, dus de scan is hier en daar niet scherp.

In het echt is 'ie dat gelukkig wel! ;0))

But this is a very amazing project.

The inside of the righthand-page contains the interactive part. I'll take a daylight shot tomorrow, 'cause that won't work now.

This LO contains photos of Charleston, SC. My uncle took Sis and me there for a day in 2000.

Those houses are awesome!

I could see myself sitting on one of those porches.

I went crazy with foam-dots, so the scan is somewhat blurry here and there.

Irl it's not blurry at all! ;0))

Vandaag kwam ik deze workshop tegen op de site van een Nederlandse scrapbook-winkel.
Zonder vermelding dat dit een project van Karen is.
Lijkt me toch niet echt de bedoeling van haar werk.....

Without mentioning that it's a project by Karen.
Don't think this is what's suppose to happen with her work.....

Scrap-A-Ganza

We hebben geboekt!
Op zaterdag 7 juni ga ik met Thea naar Noordwijkerhout.
Het is in het hotel waar ik met carnaval met mama geweest ben.

We hebben dezelfde workshops gekozen en Je@net heeft de laatste ook, dus die ga ik zeker zien die dag.
Leuk, want dat is ook alweer een hele tijd geleden!

We hebben deze workshops gekozen:

Arch-i-tecture van Karen Burniston om 8.30
You are my sunshine van Sarah Milne (Scenic Route) om 10.00
Technique Crazy (met verf, inkt, enzo) van Stacey Croniger om 1.30

De donderdag ervoor is Karen Burniston ook bij AkkeFietje.
Om die dag nou ook te gaan is een beetje overdreven, maar de pakketten wil ik zeker hebben!
Ik ben dol op haar projecten!

* We booked!
On saturday June 7th Thea and me are going to Noordwijkerhout.
It's in the same hotel were I went with my mom in February.

We choose the same workshops and Je@net choose the last one also, so I will at least see her again.
Nice, 'cause it has been a while since we saw each other!
