Voor ik mijn bed in ga, wil ik jullie een sneak peek laten zien van iets wat ik gemaakt heb om bij te houden welke challenges er zijn.
Ik kan bijhouden wanneer ze aflopen en wat de challenge is.

Mercy's Tuesday Sketch Challenge # 24

Soms is een kaartje snel klaar.
Zeker wanneer je zo'n geweldige schets hebt als # 24 van Mercy!

Katharina - sketch # 37

Katharina, een ongelofelijke kaartenmaakster en eigenaresse van Whiff of Joy-stempels maakt naast al haar drukke werkzaamheden ook nog eens geweldige schetsen.
Met haar laatste schets heb ik dit kaartje gemaakt.
Helaas heb ik, nog, geen WoJ-stempels. Wie weet komt daar snel verandering in! ;0))

Op het papier rond het afdrukje, gekleurd met distress-inkt, heb ik met stickles sneeuwvlokjes gemaakt.
Zonder is 'ie wel heel saai.

Ik wilde al heel lang kleuren met distress-inkt, maar tot vandaag kwam het er nooit van.
Ik heb nog wel wat oefening nodig, maar dit is zeker niet de laatste keer dat ik dit gedaan heb.

Unfortunatly I don't any WoJ-stamps, yet. Maybe that will change soon! ;0))

On the paper around the image, which I colored with distress ink, I made snowflakes with stickles.
Without them it looks kind of dull.

I've been wanting to color with distress ink for a while now, but untill today I never came around to actually doing it.
I need some practice, but this is surely not the last time I did this.

Magnolia v Stampavie - week 7, Moralia's Weblog & Cupcake Craft Challenges

Van de week heb ik deze kaart gemaakt aan de hand van een schets.
Alleen kon hij niet meedoen aan de challenge omdat de stempels van My Favorite Things niet meetellen.
Vandaag heb ik een Magnoliastempel gebruikt, dus deze kan wel meedoen!

Deze stempel had nog nooit inkt gezien, dus het werd tijd dat ik 'm gebruikte!

Earlier this week I made this card using a sketch.
I couldn't enter the challenge since the stamps by My Favorite Things don't count. Today I used a Magnoliastamps, so this one can enter!

This stamp never saw ink before, so it was about time I used it!

Toeval bestaat niet, maar soms zet het je wel eens aan het denken.....

New Years Card - 2

Dit gedichtje staat aan de binnenkant van de kaart die ik gisteren gemaakt heb.

This poem (well, it rhymes in dutch!) is on the inside of the card I made yesterday.
I found it here.

I found a little star at the frontdoor,
it had a shiny yellow color,
I picked it up carefully and said:
this year you recieve this star from me.
My wish for you is a year filled with love and sunshine,
a year where grief and sorrow are two strangers,
a yeat in which friends come and never leave and
where there is no room for tears!

Great, isn't it?
