Bon Voyage & #100

Onvoorstelbaar, dit is de 100e kaart die ik dit jaar gemaakt heb. En de 30e sinds het begin van mijn vakantie.
Geen wonder dat er gezegd wordt dat ik alleen nog maar kaarten maak!

Lang geleden dat ik een MFT-stempel gebruikt heb. Moet ik vaker doen, want ze blijven leuk!

Toen ik de kaart in elkaar aan het zetten was, bedacht ik me ineens dat ik papier heb met een landkaart erop en dat het heel goed zou passen bij deze stempel.

Sunday Sketch & Stamp - challenge # 17

Het is weer mijn beurt om de nieuwe schets te leveren voor de nieuwe uitdaging op Sunday Sketch & Stamp.
Ik heb deze schets gebruikt om mijn agenda voor dit schooljaar te 'pimpen'.
Hij is al een hele tijd klaar, maar ik kon 'm niet eerder laten zien.

BasicGrey Challenges & Double Dutch

Ik heb deze kaart voor mijn moeder gemaakt. Ze is vorige week gevallen en heeft haar bovenarm op twee plaatsen gebroken.
Ze loopt nu een week met haar arm in een band en ze wordt er nu al gek van!
En ze moet nog vijf weken.....

Morgen gaat de kaart op de bus, hopelijk kijkt ze voor zaterdag niet op mijn blog!

I made this card for my mom. She fell down last week and broke her upperarm in two places.
Her hand has been in a sling for a week now and she's fed up with it already!
She has to wear it for five more weeks.....

I'm going to mail this card tomorrow, so hopefully she doesn't visit my blog before saturday!

Weer zo'n geweldige schets op het challengeblog Sunday Sketch & Stamp.
Deze keer is het de beurt aan Clare.

Ik moet zeggen dat ik het niveau van de schetsen steeds geweldig vind.
Elke keer weer is het een schets die ik zeker nog eens ga gebruiken!

Cute Card Thursday - challenge 43, CPS & My Time To Craft - challenge 45

Ik heb er zo genoeg van, ik voel me nog steeds niet goed.
Gelukkig geen last meer van mijn maag, maar dit weekend heb ik een vreselijke migraine-aanval gehad en het lijkt wel of die nog steeds niet echt over is!

Ik moest even wat anders doen vanavond, ik heb zo genoeg van dat 'bank-hangen'.
Ik heb voor 3 challenges een kaart gemaakt; 2 hebben hetzelfde thema en omdat ik zo graag met schetsen werk, heb ik een schets van een challenge gebruikt.

I'm so sick of it, I'm still not okay.
My stomache doesn't give me any more troubles, but I had a killer migraine this weekend and it feels like it's still not really over!

I had to do something else tonight, I had enough of being a couch-potato.
I made a card that applies to 3 challenges; 2 have the same theme and since I love working with sketches, I used the sketch from a challenge.

Jehkotar CardChallenge - # 39 & A Spoon Full of Sugar - challenge # 34

Dit papier lag al sinds zondag op mijn tafel naar me te roepen en vanavond heb ik er eindelijk weer mee gewerkt.
Ik heb de schets van Jehkotar gebruikt voor deze kaart.
De optie is om 2 verschillende stukken pp te gebruiken en dat heb ik ook gedaan, maar op mijn kaart lijkt het net of het er maar 1 is.
Heb ik ook eens een keer netjes geplakt! ;0))

Haar badjas is ge-paperpieced en dat past weer bij challenge # 34 van A Spoon Full of Sugar.

This paper has been calling my name since sunday and tonight I finally worked with it again.
I used the sketch by Jehkotar for this card.
They had the option to use 2 different pieces of pp and I did that, but on my card it looks like there is just 1.
I glued them onto my card very neatly this time! ;0))

Her badrobe is paperpieced and that is challenge # 34 over at A Spoon Full of Sugar.

Magnolia v Stampavie schets + # 148

Ik heb de schets van Magnolia v Stampavie gebruikt om deze kaart te maken.
Ik geef 'm alleen niet door voor de challenge daar, want je mag alleen bepaalde merken stempels gebruiken.
En My Favorite Things zit daar niet bij.
Maar de schets blijft geweldig!

Dit is het laatste papier uit deze kit van CardArt.
Met deze kit heb ik wel 8 kaarten kunnen maken.
Ik heb alleen wit cardstock toegevoegd.

Papier is van Doodlebug. De sneeuwvlokken en wanten komen uit mijn voorraad.
Geen idee welk merk het is.
De stempel is dus van MFT en ook weer gekleurd met Copics.

En ook weer stickles gebruikt op de mutsen.

Ik heb wit cardstock gebruikt, maar dat lijkt op de foto heel licht blauw.

En weer 4 kaarten af, dus ik zit al op # 148 voor de 250LOchallenge.

I used the sketch from Magnolia v Stampavie for this card.
It's not eligable for their challenge, 'cause you can only use certain brands of stamps.
And My Favorite Things is not one of them.
But the sketch is still awesome!

This is the last paper from this CardArt-kit.
I've made 8 cards with this kit.
I just had to add some white cardstock.

Paper is by Doodlebug. The snowflakes and the mittens are from my stash.
No idea what brand they are.
The stamp is by MFT and I colored again with my Copics.

And I used stickles again for the hats.

I have used white cardstock, but in the photo it looks light-blue.

And I've finished 4 cards again, so I'm up to # 148 of the 250LOchallenge.

Monday Lunchtime Sketch Challenge # 50

Mary Jo zet elke maandag een schets op haar blog Techno Stamper.
Ik sla elke week de schets op, maar heb zelden de tijd om mee te doen.
(Ik geloof zelfs dat ik ooit maar 1 keer meegedaan heb.)

Op de foto is het allemaal heel erg blauw, maar er zit ook wit tussen.
't Zal al wel te laat op de dag zijn om nog echt goede foto's te maken.
Je moet je maar gewoon voorstellen dat al dat hele lichte blauw wit is! ;0))

Papier is van Doodlebug. Komt ook weer uit een kit van CardArt.
De stempel heb ik al jaren in huis. Geen idee van welk merk 'ie is.
Gekleurd weer met mijn Copics. (Hoe kon ik ooit zonder?!)
De tekststempel is van My Favorite Things.

Every monday Mary Jo posts a sketch on her blog Techno Stamper.
I always save the sketches to my pc, but I rarely have time to play with them.
(I believe I even entered only once.)

On the photo it's all very blue, but there's also some white.
It must be to late in the day for good photos.
Just imagine that all that very light blue is white irl! ;0))

Paper is by Doodlebug. Also from a kit by CardArt.
I havehad the stamp for years, no idea what brand it is.
Colored with my Copics again. (How could I ever live without them?!)
Sentiment is by My Favorite Things.

Sketch Saturday - challenge #31 + #147

De challenge bij Sketch Saturday is erg leuk deze keer: kies uit hun 30 schetsen je favoriet en maak daar een kaart mee.

Ik kreeg het aantal favorieten teruggebracht tot 4 en heb gewoon met alle schetsen een kaart gemaakt.
En nu weet ik welke ik het leukste vind: de schets die hoort bij de bovenste kaart.

En omdat ik weer 4 kaartjes heb, komt er weer 1 bij voor de 250LOchallenge.

The challenge at Sketch Saturday is really nice this time: choose from their 30 sketches your favorite and make a card with it.

I could narrow it down to 4 favorites and made a card with all of them.
And now I know which I like the most: the sketch that I used to make the top card.

And 'cause I made 4 more cards, there's one more for the 250LOchallenge.

Ik heb verschillende schetsen gebruikt voor deze kaarten en daardoor zijn ze toch allemaal anders.
Papier is van Cloud9Design, de Sunrise Smoothie-lijn.

Helaas is dit papier nu bijna helemaal op.
Ik had nog net 4 dunne strookjes om aan de binnenkant te plakken en wat stukjes om de stempel met mijn naam op de achterkant te kunnen zetten, maar die achterkant heb ik niet verder kunnen versieren.

Alle afbeeldingen heb ik gekleurd met mijn Copics.

I used different sketches for these cards and this way they all turned out different.
Pp is by Cloud9Design, the Sunrise Smoothie-line.

Unfortunatly this paper is almost all gone now.
I had just 4 small strips left to put on the inside and just enough to put the stamp with my name on it to put on the back.
But I didn't have any left to decorate the back.

I colored all the images with my Copics.
